Account data: company name, admin email, employee names and codes.

Operational data you enter: clients, visits, attendance, orders, payments, and notes.

Location data captured only while an employee shift is checked in, used for route and attendance records.

Device and diagnostic data: app version, device model, and OS version, used to support and improve the app.

To provide the field-sales features you and your company use.

To sync your data across devices and keep it available offline.

To provide support and to protect against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that host and process it on our behalf (such as Google Firebase) and where required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@fieldsuite.ai or using the in-app account-deletion request. We process such requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.
